The Problem

The data existed. Nobody saw it when it mattered.

Every Monday: Excel collection from three plants, manual consolidation, cross-check with the ERP. Two full days. The data the COO reviewed was already three or four days old.

In the previous six months, three late-detected issues had generated unplanned costs: penalties, rework. €54k documented in one semester. All avoidable with real-time visibility.

03
The Intervention

We connected what was already there. Zero system replacement.

Two-week audit: eleven mapped data sources. Legacy ERP, production MES, manager spreadsheets, quality system, attendance sheets. Nothing replaced.

MARF integration layer: automated ingestion every 4 hours from primary sources. Operational dashboard accessible from any device, including phones on the plant floor.

Three automated alerts on critical thresholds defined with the COO: yield below threshold, delayed job, out-of-range lot scrap.

The COO no longer searches for problems. Problems come to him.

I always felt like I was driving by looking in the rear-view mirror. Now I look ahead, and when something appears on the road, I see it in time.
